USPS is the best shipping rate international right now. However, if you are ordering large quantities, please contact us about freight forwarding. Here are the USPS International rates for the box sizes we use, what will fit in them and the cost.Small Boxes- (to Canada or Mexico - $12.95, to all other countries - $16.95) holds four 16 color or six 8 color bags.
Large Boxes- (to Canada or Mexico - $39.95, to all other countries - $60.95) holds fifty (50) 16 color bags, one hundred (100) 8 color bags or 12 Just Rocks Boxes.
Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
We are confident that you will love our products, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call or e-mail us within 7 days of merchandise receipt to initiate a return or exchange. All unused merchandise being returned must be in original packaging and in original, saleable condition.Upon the receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise, you will be issued a refund of your purchase amount less shipping fees. Refunds will be issued in the same form as initially paid. All returns must be received within 10 days.
We are not responsible for merchandise which arrives late, damaged (or not at all) due to circumstances beyond our control. We accept no responsibility for late arrivals or non-arrival due to package handling by carrier.
Damaged Products
In the event that your package arrives to you damaged, please alert the shipping carrier of the damage prior to opening. If your merchandise is damaged, it is important that you save all packaging in order to pursue your claim against the shipping carrier. Please contact us within 24 hours of order receipt so that we may assist you in filing a claim of damage. A new order will be shipped to you as quickly as possible.About Ordering with Wholesale Pricing
